These ‘field’ simulations are tailor-made for your company in collaboration with your management people. Field simulations can also serve to assess your business continuity team’s level of preparedness.
Let RTCOMM show you how a round table simulation of crisis management can help you assess your level of preparedness and develop your crisis management skills and ability to interact with colleagues when a crisis occurs.
Our simulations are led by experienced instructors who know how to effectively prepare for and handle crisis situations.
Each participant is seated at a round table making up an individual crisis unit, and must play the role of an active member of that unit. A crisis management plan is drawn up and the crisis is simulated. The instructor’s interventions, combined with media reports and newspaper articles given to the crisis units, put participants in the heat of the action!

Testimonials
Deserving of special mention is their professionalism in respecting the political sensitivities of both levels of government involved in the event while also meeting FAO expectations.
Jean-Louis Kérouac, F. Eng., M.Sc, Secretary General - XII World Forestry
The CRDICA’s management team took part in RTCOMM’s spokesperson What a day! The thorough understanding that Mr. Thibault and his team had of the health and social services network ensured that the information they provided truly fit with our reality.
Dominique Paquette, Director – CRDI-CA
Since our relationship began, we have been fortunate to benefit from RTCOMM’s main areas of expertise: strategic positioning, crisis management, and spokesperson training. Though their team has a knack for dealing with the unexpected—which is a valuable asset for a fast-growing company such as ours—we have always felt that nothing unexpected would ever occur because of their ability to keep one step ahead of events.
Johane Boucher-Champagne President and Chief Executive Officer - Anapharm
In response to a policy direction, the Service aérien gouvernemental (SAG) has been developing a continuity of services plan for the past several months. With the help of RTCOMM, this major project has really taken off. Dynamism, professionalism and expertise are the words that best define this crisis management team. Widely recognized in the field, they were able to effectively adapt to governmental needs with uncompromised dedication to a job well done.
Farah Ouamara, Director of performance and support strategies, Service aérien gouvernemental
