With over 20 years of experience in the world of showbusiness, Sylvain is currently technical director at the Centre d’art la Chapelle. He has had the privilege of working with some of Québec’s top artists, including Michel Pagliaro, Nanette Workman, Luce Dufault and many others. Having joined RTCOMM in 2006, he handles the technical aspects of all the company’s training programs and events.
Dynamic and energetic, Richard Thibault is an excellent teacher and uses examples we can relate to in order to illustrate the crisis management process. Knowing that we can count on him to help us out if a crisis occurs in our organization gives us a real feeling of security.
