Testimonials
Sûreté du Québec called on Richard Thibault Communications Inc. to provide distance communication training to its 85 station managers. This service enabled us to train all managers within two weeks—a process that would otherwise have taken months—and all without requiring them to travel. RTCOMM’s services saved us time and money while helping us reach our training goal.
Lt. Richard Bourdon, Communications Advisor, Public Security Branch – Sûreté du Québec
The practical simulations of radio and TV interviews as well as media “scrum” with seasoned journalists followed by personalized feedback were the definite highlight of this top-quality course. It was professional, dynamic, expertly led, and fun.
Dominique Paquette, Director – CRDI-CA
I loved RTCOMM’s course on crisis management. The workshop really alerted me fact that a crisis always happens when you least expect it and disrupts a business. So it’s crucial to be prepared in order to deal with it as calmly as possible. This is what RTCOMM’s crisis management course with a round table simulation showed us.
Daniel Lavallée, Administrative Director, Risk Assessment and Compliance – Caisse Desjardins Granby-Haute-Yamaska
RTCOMM was the firm called for all communication-related tasks, including spokesperson training, media relations, strategic planning, and crisis management. Organizers were extremely satisfied with RTCOMM, both for the quality of the professionals assigned to the Congress as well as for their ability to draw on lessons learned from past similar experience.
Jean-Louis Kérouac, F. Eng., M.Sc, Secretary General - XII World Forestry
In response to a policy direction, the Service aérien gouvernemental (SAG) has been developing a continuity of services plan for the past several months. With the help of RTCOMM, this major project has really taken off. Dynamism, professionalism and expertise are the words that best define this crisis management team. Widely recognized in the field, they were able to effectively adapt to governmental needs with uncompromised dedication to a job well done.
